Oil Projects (SCOP) is a state owned company administrated by Iraq¡¯s Ministry
of Oil (MoO). SCOP was established since 1964 as the consulting, engineering,
and Construction Company for the (MoO). SCOP has construct projects since that
date over Iraq
from small projects as filling stations and Gas cylinders filling to refineries
and gas complexes.
